about Ry Guy :
Ry Guy was drawn to gardening after overcoming tremendous battles. He was at a very low point in his early years/stages of life in his mid 20’s and had nothing but a small plot of land and a few heriloom seeds. By tending to his garden, he learned responsibility, commitment, penitence, he learned to work and be with nature and understand everything has seasons. ( ups and downs). Everything has its own special time to grow.
Ry Guy learned the art of Organic Gardening which provided him fresh vegetables that was consumed after being connected to the earth 1 second, 1 hour, 1 day. compared to conventional produce which can be up to a month.
This brought him containment, gratification and a semi sense of completion.
Before that Ry Guy would always help his father in the yard doing yard work which where he learned, practiced and perfected his landscaping abilities which started at age 12.
At age 30 something Ry Guy moved to the state of New Jersey to help a 2 friend start of a vegan restaurant/traveling food truck. The lesson and the message of the business was reduce suffering.At the same time mastering his landscaping design and gardening skills on a very large property.
In 2024 Ry Guy started to do his own thing, with very humble beginnings, started up in a car the whole 2024 he ran, operated everything out of his small car, which he wouldn't want it any other way.
Ry Guy always had a business mentally, and in 2025 Ry Guy went forth to officaly start Ry Guy Landscaping & Garden Design LLC
Our Mission:
is simple, to create the world, the space, your property and even you better then we left it. The power of kindness, goes a long way and has a positive trickle effect in the world and we need this.
Ry Guy unlike other “basic” landscapers is aware of native plants and what is natural and ment to be in the enveriment of the great state of New Jersey, and the effects these plants have on us and the life around us.
Ry Guy is also stustable and upcyles in most of his projects which helps the world, and adds a cool story to your new landscaping/ garden bed when you evenlty share the story with others
Ry Guy also highly believes in the relationship that he forms with you, to know your needs, wants and desires and to make them come to life in the garden space. And maintaining the relationship with you is deeper than just “getting the job done” Ry Guy really values his clients and most of them evolve to friendships
