about Ry Guy :
Ry Guy was drawn to gardening after overcoming tremendous battles. He was at a very low point in his early years/stages of life in his mid 20’s and had nothing but a small plot of land and a few heriloom seeds. By tending to his garden, he learned responsibility, commitment & patience.
He learned to work and be with nature, understanding everything has seasons. ( ups and downs). Everything has its own special time to grow.
Before that Ry Guy would always help his father in the yard doing yard work, which where he learned, practiced and perfected his landscaping abilities which started at age 12.
Around age 30 Ry Guy moved to the state of New Jersey to help 2 friends start up a vegan restaurant/traveling food truck. At this point Ry Guy developed more of his green/gold thumb mastering his landscaping design and gardening skills on a very large property, by designing and creating a massive garden.
In 2024 Ry Guy started Ry Guy Landscaping & Garden Design (which you are currently on right now) with very humble beginnings. He started up in a CAR, the whole 2024 season he ran, operated, his whole operations out of his small vehicle ,which ironically he wouldn't want it any other way. The steady grind, the build up, the steady growth, the climb to the top makes the journey more empowering and memorable.

In June 2025 Ry Guy was rewarded and accepted with a Certificate of Commendation by the : Gloucester County Board of Commissioners. As an Official : Certified Gardner
In July of 2026 Ry Guy was Accepted and sworn with a Certificate of Membership with the : Rotary Club

Since the official start of his business, he has worked with : Homeowners, Businesses, Landlords, Townships, Non-Profits, Library's & Realtors.

Ry Guy unlike other “basic” landscapers is aware of native plants and the importance of them in our environment of the great state of New Jersey ( and surrounding areas) and how these plants and non native plants have on life and the existing life around us.
Ry Guy is also stustable and upcyles in most of his projects which helps the world, and adds a cool story to your new landscaping/ garden bed when you evenlty share the story with others
Ry Guy also highly believes in the relationship that he forms with you, to know your needs, wants and desires and to make them come to life in the garden space. And maintaining the relationship with you is deeper than just “getting the job done” Ry Guy really values his clients and most of them evolve to friendships
